When I was a kid, all I ever wanted to do was time travel. I read all these crazy time travel books about meeting robots and even online school (got to see that one) and would spend hours speculating how itā€™d be.

If we believe that school, architecture and even inhabitants are going to change, why do we assume that our plates arenā€™t going to change? And no, this isnā€™t going to lead up to robots serving you food ā€” Iā€™m talking about the actual *food* itself.

In this page, youā€™re going to be time travelling to the future of food. For those who do not know, Iā€™ve been working on a cellular agriculture/future of food series for SO LONG!

Since itā€™s probably really annoying to hop around looking for everything I write (half the time, Iā€™m too), hereā€™s a page where you can find it all, bookmarked!
